Love Nest Lodge is a newly built, single-level cabin in the Tennessee Smoky mountains. It’s a quiet retreat where the only neighbor you'll notice is the mountain view. It's a couple’s retreat first: secluded enough that the outside world disappears, built around one idea — total privacy for two. 🏊 The Pool Room: your own 10' x 15' indoor pool, heated to a steady 84°F year-round and lit by a custom-painted mural. Water runs 3 to 4 feet deep — shallow enough to relax, deep enough to swim — open rain or shine, day or night, entirely private. 🌄The Deck: step out and long-range mountain views stretch in every direction — the kind of sunset views locals drive up the mountain to catch. Soak in the hot tub as the ridge goes pink, then move to the fire pit and let the evening slow down. Sink into the egg chairs with a blanket, or pour a drink at the outdoor bar without going back inside. ☕Mornings: the coffee bar comes stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee, and flavored syrups — slow mornings are the point here. Please respect the property and neighbors. Dispose of trash properly in bear bins (near road on corner of property). Please wash hot tub and pool towels separately from all other laundry (do not mix with other towels or items). The hot tub and pool towels can cause bleach staining. Report any damages immediately. 📝 A signed rental agreement is required after booking. We’ll send it over shortly after your reservation is confirmed. ______________________________________ We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Using the indoor pool and hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. No lifeguard is on duty. Pool rules: No diving, no running, no glass, and children must be supervised at all times. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.
