Please respect the property and neighbors. Dispose of trash properly in bear bins (near road on corner of property). Please wash hot tub and pool towels separately from all other laundry (do not mix with other towels or items). The hot tub and pool towels can cause bleach staining. Report any damages immediately. 📝 A signed rental agreement is required after booking. We’ll send it over shortly after your reservation is confirmed. ______________________________________ We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Using the indoor pool and hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. No lifeguard is on duty. Pool rules: No diving, no running, no glass, and children must be supervised at all times. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. We cannot guarantee road conditions and cannot offer refunds due to concerns over heights or road conditions. ⚠️ Winter Travel: During the winter months, we recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles and/or snow tire chains for safe travel in case of inclement weather. Fresh snow can make roads more challenging to navigate, so please plan accordingly. ⚠️ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your booking in the event that weather makes roads impassable. This way, you’ll have peace of mind should unexpected weather conditions arise.
